  I started playing the guitar at 16 and attended the Guitar Institute (now the ICMP) where I studied all styles of music from pop, rock, blues and metal through to jazz, funk and finger-style.
I have over 20 years guitar teaching experience, am a fully qualified school teacher (PGCE) and have an MA in Education. My students have varied from ages 4 to 60, from total beginners through to serious players and songwriters.
Whatever you age, ambition or playing level, from Beginners to Intermediate and Advanced players, I will be able to help you make fast progress and grow as a musician whilst having as much fun as possible!
